Allure-Apart, a Parisian incorporated hospitality business, was founded in 2005 by Mia Vasseur, a Dutch native, with initially four directly owned properties. Two in central Paris and two just outside Paris in an exceptional historical property located between Euro-Disney and the inner city of Paris.
During the past years, we decided to bring our offer to the high end. We sold our adorable Parisian property next to the Eiffel tower because the building had no elevator which was not meeting our new standards. We re-invested in a beautiful and exceptional small building located at the legendary Place Dauphine were we now offer a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom duplex apartment. All floors have 3 large windows to enjoy the magic of the area. Recently the commons of that building were renovated and you will not be able to find the equivalent in Paris both in quality and authenticity. Besides the genuineness of the apartments, we also aim for high-end standards in terms of services. Customer satisfaction is our goal. All our apartments meet the legal requirements of the city of Paris and we invested a substantial amount by purchasing the « commercialité » similar a license, and we are therefore registered as a hotel operation. We ensure same services, including daily cleaning, and paid concierge service and breakfast.
Not many rentals in Paris offer you this peace of mind but considered essential to us.
